I woke up a little before my alarm and turned it off.  But I'm not sure how many miles I'll do tomorrow, so I knew I couldn't afford to skip a day.  SoI guilted myself out of bed.  Gazelled 5 cross training miles.

I'm exhausted.  Running makes my cycle seriously irregular, so I may be getting my period, but I'm not sure.  I haven't had it for a while.  I hope it's on the way and not just that I'm getting sick.  I feel like I've been running myself ragged for the past 6 weeks.

That's weird that running makes your cycle irregular. I can't say that I've had that experience.

Have a great weekend!

6 weeks? Xmas break was over 6 weeks ago...seems like we are having the same problem! LOL

I don't know Carolyn. Maybe it's stress. But I'm irregular even during the summer, so I always attribute it to running. And yeah, April. Mine has been since Xmas. I've had class every other weekend and I've been in Chicago during the other weekends. And now I have this student teacher who is causing me a considerable amount of stress. Nothing personal against her. Molding and shaping is just a lot of work.
