Keep encouraging my family in their development of a healthy lifestyle

I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

Just another treadmill run. Maybe could have run outside, but allowed myself to choose the lesser of two evils (treadmill or snow). Treadmill meant a lighter wardrobe. Run was fine.

Treadmill.. Again.. So much nicer not running with many layer so clothing though. I'm with ya there. I thought about running outside, too. The sun was even out!
