Two miles on the treadmill late late. Blame it on the rain.

The last mile I pushed the pace. I need new shoes. I am starting to have some pain in my right heel. Ans after running consecutive runs in my virratas, my calves cramp up at all hours of the day.

Ran at my mom's. It was a beautiful run, maybe a little windy, but temp was perfect. I ran out to the suspension bridge, where I was supposed to meet Chuck and the boys. I got there in 5.25 miles, with the last 1.5 hovering around 8 min pace. I couldn't find them, and ran another mile before I found them. Then we walked to get some water. I started running a little with Caleb, and my toe was stinging. This is the same toe that was bleeding last week. It is the piggy that didn't get any roast beef. I think I just needed to trim my toe nails, so hopefully that takes care of it. I added on to get to 7.5 and called it a day.  Hoping I can get in 10 or more tomorrow, but it will depend on what time we get on the road.
