I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

Went to yoga and then did 3.3 miles on the treadmill in 1/2 hour.  It was an okay run, I varied my pace a bit, but the faster parts didn't last as long as I did on Thursday.

It's doing okay. If I run 3 miles I can feel it, but it's not quite discomfort. I think I can push it, but I'm trying to be cautious on the treadmill now. I just need the days to be longer so that there's still some light at 5 or 5:30. Then I can test to see if more mileage (non-treadmill) is okay. In the meantime I'm trying to cross train, but I know I will pretty much have to start at the ground again for running.

I just feel down about my running :(
