Well, I finished out a 5 day running week, which is loads better than I did the previous 2 weeks.  The only bad thing was that it was pretty hot during the run.  I should have brought some water but when I left it was overcast.  The sun came out a mile later.  I even ran for a while just in my sports bra, which is something I almost never do.  I kept waiting for someone to yell at me to put it back on because I was blinding them with my pale, pasty skin.  But that never happened, which is a good sign.

I got stopped at about 5.5 miles by a funeral procession.  Luckily I had already put my shirt back at about mile 5 because I was getting ready to run through the middle of town.

I was whistling at you. Didn't you hear me?

From one of the funeral cars?

You're more courageous than I am. I keep my pale pasty midsection covered.

Congrats on a great week of running.

I figure if it blinds them then they won't see how lumpy it is (my midsection that is ;-) ). Actually, I run in my sports bra all summer, except when I race, and then I wear a singlet, I would rather be "comfortable" than stylish ;-)

Carolyn, are you sure you never go around with your midsection showing?

Nice pic Burt!

Tracy-OMG you are so brave. I kept rolling up my shirt the other day but didn't have the guts to pull it all the way off. I figured no one wants to see that! LOL

You are brave. I didn't lose the shirt last year until the temps hit 90 degrees. I was planning to get over it sooner this year but I am heavier. aarrggghh

Guys don't care about a little jiggle. They just want to see skin. It's the girls that judge you harshly.

Nice running week! I've done a couple no-shirt runs in the hopes I can eventually get un-pasty this summer. Right now I'm probably downright offensive to oncoming traffic.

I have never had the guts nor will I ever have the guts to take off my shirt. Besides I'm old. It has been tempting at times out on that lonely gravel road. My luck, it would turn into an Interstate and I would cause a pile up. :)
