We got to swimming lessons late, although I'm not sure how that happened, and so I had just enough time for this run.  It was warm and so I decided to run towards a little more shade.  I ran a mile over to the old base buildings and then ran back to the pool.

You make good use of your time. I've thought about running during my daughter's softball practices, which are an hour long, but I never do it. Maybe it's because they're from 6-7 in the evening and it's hot then and I prefer to run in the morning.

Yeah that is like stealing time when you can run and get something else done at the same time, nice job.
