Too lazy to map this run.  I'm just guessing on the distance based on the time I was out and the effort I was putting into this.  It was an easy pace in perfect running weather.  I got off to a late start because of area thunderstorms and then I was told I had an hour--no more--to run.  I was a minute over :)

Weather was perfect.  It was dripping a bit, but not really raining, and it was nice and cool.  I wore a new sports bra that I got from Target.  I wasn't sure about it, but it was comfortable to run in.

You'll be happy to know, dear blog community, that when I weighed myself at my mom's house, I was 148.2.  I haven't been gaining weight mysteriously.  My scale at home was just conspiring against me.  Suddenly I feel skinny--I'm still 148 after eating Flat Top on Tuesday night (love the food, hate the price, but it was my birthday dinner) and eating Papa Murphy's pizza yesterday.  I'm now going to throw out my scale when I get home, or at the very least give it a stern talking to.

My mom wasn't happy to hear the news, as she has been gaining weight according to her own scale and she was hoping it was wrong.

Way to get a run in with limited time. And congratulations on your weight discovery. I ate a piece of pizza myself last night.

And belated Happy Birthday!

I just got a pair of shorts from target too...I hope I like them...too many of my shorts that I have enduce chub-rub so I don't get to wear them. Body glide isn't doing the trick...

Happy belated bday!
