Tired, but I'm glad I did what I set out to do.  Every mile hovered around 9 min, except first and last.  It was pretty nice out, though it was windy.  I stopped at mile 2 to take off my sweatshirt and mile 4 for a stoplight and to tie my shoe.

That's ok. But no stopping in Ragnar. Understand?

I guess I didn't need to stop for the stop light...but then I don't think I'd be able to run Ragnar.

You won't be able to run Ragnar if you don't stop at lights????

I suppose I might be able to run after getting hit by a car, but I'd probably need rehab first.

You really need to work on your running red lights without being hit by cars skills.
