I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

This was a lot slower than yesterday.  I just relaxed and went with it.  The wind felt more intense than yesterday, even though it wasn't, really.  The difference is that this was directly from the west, so I spent more time running directly into it.

It's been a few weeks since I've been able to have two consecutive days running outside. Usually a fast day follows with a day on the Gazelle, where I don't think about pace since I'm just on it for time. And Carolyn, I think I'd rather my wind than all your hills! At least my wind goes away for a few months in the summer!
