This was a horrible run.  I'm tired.  I've been running around playing games every day.  I woke up and had a horrible stomach ache and just decided to run anyway.  For the first mile, my stomach felt pretty bad and I don't know why it passed but it took me a while to realize that my stomach felt okay.  I picked up the pace for the second half of the run.

Good for you for running anyway. I'm glad your stomach got feeling better.

Oh man I hate bad runs. Good job pushing through and picking it up at the end.

Hey Tracy. Where are you?

I'm here. Just been lazy about posting and checking. I'll post my last week and then post my run for today when I finish (I'm leaving in 20 minutes).

Then I'll do some checking up to see what everyone else has been up to!
