Still under the weather. I started off just saying i'd run 3 miles. Then I kept adding to it. I'm glad I got to 7, but I think I'll be knocked on my butt for the rest of the day.

Maybe allergies? I am skeptical. He will refer me to an ent if nasal spray and allergy medicine doesn't make the cough go away in a month. Why not wait one more when it's already been 2 years? I've already tried both remedies separately.
