Still stuffed to the gills with meat.  I woke up at 6 and took 45 minutes to convince myself just to run a few miles before the conference started up again.  I just ran in a giant circle:  from the hotel, through the Museum Campus, north along the lake and then ran down Monroe (I think) back to the hotel.

You're doing a great job getting runs in this week. Are you enjoying running in new places?

I'm so jealous of you running in Chicago! come to north west indiana and we can go for a little jaunt!

This week has been a horrible week for me--I took take a long time getting motivated to get out the door. Great job!

Next time I'm in Chicago we should definitely meet up. How far of a drive is it for you?

I'm going to be in the area again on July 30. It's a Thursday. What do your classes look like that day? It would be cool to meet up and run along the lakefront.

Thursday I have one night class (at 430) if need be I could ditch the class. LOL but if we met up early I wouldn't have to...any who...I'm about 35 miles away...or an hour depending on the time of day for the drive. Where about in Chicago do you stay? (that has a lot to do with it too!)
