Ran 1/2 mile with the girls then timed both teams in 3 fast 400s.  They went for a 1.5 mile cool down and I went for a long run.  Ran 7.5 miles in the ridiculous wind.  I did at least have the sense to make sure that the last 2.5 miles were with the wind.

Who needs hills when you have wind? That's what I always figured when I lived in Champaign.
