My legs just didn't want to move this morning.  And it is HUMID outside, even at 5:35, which is when I walked out of the house.  If it's going to be this humid tomorrow, I'm going to have to stay close to home and drink something every two miles.

My allergies are bothering me right now and I'm really bothered because my kids are already awake.  Why can't they sleep in till 7?  That would be nice, but it never happens.

I wonder why my dogs can't sleep in. Oh well...it is humid here too...Glad today is a rest day for me. I hope the humidity lightens up tomorrow!

Hopefully the humidity lessens, but I doubt it will! Good luck tomorrow--run early or late!

Maybe the kids are waking up earlier because it's getting light earlier.

I'm sorry to hear that your allergies and the humidity are bothering you. I wish I could offer some help. It's generally pretty dry here, but I still have seasonal allergies.

This may or may not help you...but i have had allergies all my life...almost two years ago I started allergy shots...I was super for the summer. Due to insurance reasons I had to stop getting them after about 9 months. Now I take a zyrtec and singular (alternate days) and I'm fine. I occassionaly have to put allergy drop in my eyes (can by at walmart for a few bucks and they are worth it) or I sniff some flonase.

I use to get bloody noses and blah blah blah...had to keep the air on always...right now our windows are open and i breath just fine.

I'll let you know how it is going in August and Sept which seem to be my worse months!
