Just two miles on the treadmill. Bandaged again. I have really sensitive skin that tends to react to adhesive in a bad way. I am a little afraid of a reaction, because I don't want to pull off skin to create a wound around my wound.

Totally not why I only ran two miles, though. Just felt two miles was okay for today. Need to decide my next goal. I don't do well without a goal on the horizon.

How about your next goal be to run a Ragnar? With me? :)

Tell me more. Can't doit this summer, but I would be up for that at some point. A destination run sounds perfect.

Chicago's not much of a destination. Plus that one is pretty crowded. I can be convinced to run somewhere cool. Vegas? CA? Does OK have a good draw?

Colorado Ragnar.

Sounds scary, but I'm not ruling it out. I don't ever run anything but flat. Do you think I'd die with the elevation?

September 6 and 7...is that Labor Day weekend?

From Burt on Fri, May 03, 2013 at 19:45:12 from 72.223.88.98

Yes, but Labor Day is the 2nd.

Tracy, there are really nice trail races up north in MN, WI, and MI. I do an ultra up there once a year, but they have all distances covered at some races. I Love running through the woods and prairie like a kid. The trail systems blow away those here.

Bob, did you ever run at Kettle Moraine? I have heard great things about the endurance runs there.

From SlowJoe on Sun, May 05, 2013 at 19:21:55 from 96.61.24.215

I would love for you to come to OK for a visit, but no, nothing here. At all. Because we are virtual friends, it's my duty to give it to you straight.

Don't feel bad. Illinois is underwhelming too.

From Tracy on Sun, May 05, 2013 at 19:58:08 from 50.103.254.253

I mean, I guess we have Chicago, but chicago's not really part of Illinois.

You've got Ratatouille.
