Just an easy 4.  I'm going to take it easy this week while I try to figure out my running plans for the near future.   I want to concentrate on strength training at least for the next few months, so I need to start doing the Shred again.

If gas prices don't get any higher, yes. But as they keep rising, we are rethinking...but I hope we do come out there. I'm really looking forward to it.
