I worked out this week, but I did not run.  I am feeling some pain in my lower right side and have been reluctant to run before seeing a doctor.  I have been frustrated all week in my quest to get an appointment.  The doctor's office and I were playing phone tag.  I hate doctors for a lot of reasons...I decided that I would just run and keep it easy until I can get in.

Anyway, I've been doing to shred, so today I did that first and then ran.  Pretty unexciting.  This week I worked a lot of extra time because I have been teaching an ACT prep class right after school and there were a couple of night activities that I had to attend as well.  Now the class is over, so I am back to my normal hours.

At least you worked out even if you weren't running. It is really hard to fit in stuff like this when you have to work extra hours.

Good luck with the doctor.

The days get busy once summer is over. Thoughts and prayers everything is ok with the doc. :)

I hate non-running workouts, way to keep it up. Hope the appointment goes ok, when you get one.

I hope everything is okay with you! It sounds like you have been super busy lately.

I'm sure everything is fine. I just have no idea what the problem is. My husband has now planted the idea in my head that maybe I have a hernia? It sounds more reasonable than all the other things I have been reading about on the internet, except for the fact that there is no bulge or anything. As long as I'm not dying, I'm fine...and I'm pretty sure I'm not dying.

Glad you're back to your normal working hours and I hope the pain is nothing serious. Hope you can get in to the doctor soon - I think we can all relate to how hard it can be to make doctor appointments. Good luck!

Good to be back to normal hours!~

I"m sorta doing the same---working out just not running...
