I got p90x3 today. I'm going to do it this summer again with my babysitter. I liked today's workout (total synergistics). I will probably get in a run today too. The workouts are only 1/2 hour long, so I will probably run too. I just need to figure out my rhythm. I thought about getting up this morning to run but it was storming.

There. Also ran 4 miles. A storm was brewing, so it was really windy.

It's storming sunshine here. And good call on the 30 minute workouts. Regular P90X is 90 minute workouts, so that's 3 times less that you have to pay your babysitter :)

I'll let you knew how it is. I liked today's workout. It seemed easier than the 90 minute workout of the same name, but still got a good sweat.
