Another easy run.  I procrastinated for a while today because it's my last free Saturday for a while.  Now I'm trying to decide which day to take off next week.  Do I take off Tuesday since the kids are racing, Wednesday because I could do homework while they're going long, or Thursday while they do pacing or repetitions?  Decisions, decisions...

What is happening to your Saturdays?

Which Sauconys do you have? Just curious b/c you have 700 miles on those bad boys!

Saturdays are race days from today till November. So while I'll be able to run, I won't be able to run as much, and I'll still technically be working.

And yeah, April, I know I have too many miles on my shoes. I'm starting to feel it in my knees. Long story short: I put off getting shoes all summer because I was trying to get pregnant and thinking I probably wouldn't run as much and didn't want to spend the money. And now I don't have time. But Sunday I will be getting new shoes. Even though we're broke right now...

Well I was asking b/c maybe I could find that kind for cheapter (b/c they are older)

at any rate if you find some cheap ones lemme know...I can't find another pair of my mizuno's 8 which I love! so Now i have to search for another or wait for the 9's and 10's to reduce price

Oh! They are Omni 7s. I'm surprised I have put this many miles on them. Before I wore Asics and they started to deteriorate at 400 miles (sometimes less). I will be buying the same shoes again. I love them
