An easy run in the a.m.  It took me the better part of two miles before that little voice that curses running went away.  Average pace was slightly under 9 mm.

It has been raining on and off this week, so it was pretty humid this morning.  Luckily it was not ridiculously hot (it was about 60, maybe a little higher), so it was merely annoying.  It was also sorta windy, too.

Good run, it takes me a few miles in the morning to feel normal too.

I think I had that little voice for 3 miles this morning, but maybe that's just because that third mile is mostly up hill.

Good job sticking with it this morning.

Nice run, given the weather conditions! What do you do in the summer with it's 90 degrees and 90% humidity?

Adele, this year I am going to try to run in the morning before the sun comes up. I don't know how long that'll last. It's hard to get up early when you don't have to. Otherwise I'll run in the evening, at dusk. I did both last summer. I also ran with water.

straight out of bed morning runs are tough--that little voice pretty much shrieks at me the whole run! Very impressive that you do that so often!

great job keeping up with the early runs. It was bright as heck at 5:45 this morning! I"m like hello sun! It has been rainy and gloomy the last few days so it was nice to see it!

I have heard a lot of that voice lately. I am glad it went away after two miles!
