An easy 7.3 after school.  It wasn't too warm, which was good, but I could have done without the wind :)  AP:  8:45 ish.

I have not been eating great in the last 3 weeks or so.  Every day I vow that I will not eat everything in sight, and every day there is something that contributes to my undoing.  Today it was this BIG cookie at lunch.  And when I say BIG, I mean BIG.  It's the kind of cookie that is good for the first half, and then every bite after that you are sorta disgusted, but you keep hoping that the next bite will taste good.

Oh and yeah, then I went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner.

And I just finished a small cone from Dairy Queen.

I can't help it.  I love food.

I'm right there with you with the food.

Remember how I said I would eat low carb? Well I'm definitely eating lower carb just not super great like I wanted to be. :(

I'm with you on this one. We've had a chocolate cake that we got from Sam's Club and I couldn't seem to leave it alone. It's gone now, so that's a good thing.

I completely understand! I love eating but not so much the healthy stuff. Good luck finding your willpower to eat better. Great job on your run.

Eating is the best! Good thing we run.

Yum - I vote for the Mexican food! Maybe you're eating more contributed to your feeling good in your race last weekend! Nice running today, btw. :)

I gotta describe the yummy quesadilla I had last night. It was Hawaiian--chicken, pineapple, tomatoes, bacon, and cheese. A little guac and sour cream on the side. The tortilla was perfect, not too greasy, but not dry. I shared it with Eli, but he only ate 1/4 of it. I was only going to eat 1/2 of it, but we weren't going home after dinner and it was too good to go to waste :) So I ate all the rest. Probably about a million calories...but totally worth it.

The ice cream was too :)

That sounds like the best Quesadilla in the WORLD! I would eat six of them.

I like the sound of this pineapple quesadilla!
