An easy 4 miles with 6 x 100 at the end.  Didn't wear the watch.  It's probably mentally better for me to leave it off on easy days.

Another gorgeous day!  It was over 60, I think.  But of course, I hear it's supposed to snow on Sunday...

I'm too much of a data junky to run without the watch. I need to learn to relax, I guess.

Your Sunday storm is probably the storm we're supposed to get tomorrow.

I find that I get obsessed with pace and so I probably run too fast on days that I am supposed to be recovering. If I leave my watch at home, I can just relax and run.

I was really hoping the forecast would be wrong and I would be able to wear shorts for the race. I guess your 1/2 will not be ideal either, then, if it is supposed to get cold.

Sounds like smart training for your upcoming race - easy miles with some quick strides thrown in. Hey, I read that Deena Kastor leaves her watch behind sometimes, too! :)
