36 degrees, 13 mph wind.  It was pretty nice--I took off my scarf and gloves.

An exact 10.  I had to add on a little just to get there.  I was running along the same route that I did last week for intervals, and then I decided that I didn't want to run the last 3 miles against the wind.  So I turned into my neighborhood, but it still was running into the wind for the most part.

Avg. pace:  8:44.  9:21, 8:53, 8:46, 8:44, 8:50, 8:29, 8:38, 8:43, 8:30, 8:26.  I felt pretty good.

Potty training is no fun.  We just put Eli in underwear and he has been peeing all over the place for the last 3 days.  He's made it to the toilet a few times.  But not enough to count

Wow Tracy your runs just keep getting longer and faster. When is your next half-marathon?

I'll be doing a 1/2 in May. I'm doing a 7.something trail race Jan. 2.

I know this is really no way to train, but I'm taking Xmas day off and I already took off Sunday. I just want to keep my miles right around what they were last week. And since I'm off this week and next, I don't feel too bad about running longer.

36 degrees and 13 mph wind - pretty nice?! You're a tough one, Tracy.

It sounds like you really enjoyed your run and you're fast. I don't think I can keep up with you. Maybe I'm just too old.

And you're right about potty training. That's one advantage of being old like me - no more kids in diapers.

Carolyn, some day I'm going to go out to Colorado and meet you so we can run together...for being an old chick, you're pretty fast ;)

Yes, come to Colorado! Maybe I could run faster than you here because you wouldn't be used to the elevation. But if I went to Illinois, you'd kick my butt.

But come to Colorado anyway. It's a great place!

Are you doing the Indy Mini? or Illinois?

Family was going to sign up for the Indy Mini walk but I guess they missed it...it filled up so I wasn't sure if you got in or not!
