After a long drive from Kansas and a few hours at the Garden of the Gods,

 

I got to meet Carolyn!  We met up and had a nice dinner at Chili's.  Carolyn and her family are great, and I'm glad we were able to get together.

I love your tour of bloggers! :) Carolyn is amazing, I got to eat ice cream with her and had a wonderful chat. That was I guess the 3rd time I'd met her, but still. It is SO fun to meet other bloggers! Especially when they turn out to be real, normal people that you've been chatting with for years :)

RAD, Carolyn is pretty awesome! And it is fun to meet bloggers in real life! Like I was telling April, I felt each time like I was going on a first date :)

And April, in our first 3 stops (yours and Carolyn included), that was the pattern. My friend in St. Louis has 2 boys and one little blonde girl (though I didn't post a pic of that). I didn't notice that till you pointed it out!

I hope I get to do another one of these blogging tours--or more bloggers come to Illinois!
