I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

I started with a 10 minute run at 9:13 pace.  Then I increased my pace.  I went up to 8:57 for 15 minutes, then 8:41 for approximately 20 minutes, and then I finished with my last 2 miles at 8:34 pace.

Good speed today. They way you described your pace, it sounds like a treadmill run. There's no way I could hold pace that specifically and consistently running outside.

Definitely a treadmill run.

Now that I have the option to run inside, I am again taking advantage of it when running outside is harder!

The wind was bad yesterday and it is even worse today.

I long for spring!!
