I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

I ran an easy 3.5 miles, then lifted (legs and shoulders).  Now I'm putting off getting the house ready for Thanksgiving guests!

I'm assuming your total sleep time wasn't really 0.00.

So what burns more calories, running easy for 3.5 miles or getting the house reading for Thanksgiving guests? Just kidding.
