I had a great run--nice up tempo.

Splits:  8:56, 8:00, (then I had to go to the bathroom and ran inside and also took off my pants because it wasn't as cold as I thought.  I ran my .1 back to the house and then .1 back to the start of my mile markers), 7:56, 8:05, 8:06, 7:28.  All in all, I finished in 51:19, including the time that it took me to go to the bathroom and take off my pants.  I'm pretty happy with that, especially because it didn't feel that difficult.  I was working hard on that last mile, though.

Very nice tempo run.

Do you really live to a mile marked course, or do you just have landmarks that you use as mile markers?

From Tracy on Fri, Nov 13, 2009 at 10:48:15 from 209.175.177.37

Just my mile marked course. Since I don't have a garmin, I walked it with the wheel to make sure that it was precise.

April, I'm not sure about races yet. I know I'm doing a 5K in December, but that's all I have lined up right now.
