Warmed up.  Was planning on 2 warm up miles, but when I looked down at my watch midway through the second one, I saw that I was under 8 min pace, so I went with it.  I am counting that .8 as fast, since avg. was 8:23 (thanks Carolyn!).

Then 3 miles (7:52, 7:44, 7:41), then cool down back home.  All of that was around 9 min. pace.

Word on Luke:  yesterday was peaceful, but no real change.  Today the doctors MAY have seen some sign of encouragement.  I don't know yet exactly what that means, except that they are leaving him on the respirator.

I'm flattered that you've adopted my fast/slow threshold. And congratulations on being so speedy today.

Here's hoping that there's good news about Luke soon. Peaceful is good.

Great run Tracy! Glad to hear the news about Luke, hopefully more better news soon!

Yeah, nicely done picking up the pace like that. We're keeping hope alive here as well for Luke.

I am impressed with miles under 8 minutes. I am not that fast. Great run today!
