I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

I'm pretty happy about this run, though miles 7, 8 and 9 were a struggle and I made myself ease into an easier pace so I could finish.  At some point during mile 9 I popped into Family Video for a long drink of water.  After that I felt great. 

My last mile I pushed the pace.  It was definitely hard effort.  I wish that I had gone easy for the first 4 or 5, but it was hard to hold myself back in the beginning.  None of these felt really relaxed except the first, though none felt horrible.
