Didn't work out yesterday.  Wanted to do cardio and dirty 30, but only got in cardio.

Will do dirty 30 tomorrow and probably resume running this week upcoming.

We got about 8 inches of snow today.  Happy Spring.  This was a treadmill run.

I have been running the last 3 weeks, but just got out of the blogging habit during the week of March 4.  That was tech week for my kids being in The Sound of Music, which was fun for them, but not as much for me.  Ha.

The only miles I remember are last weekend I ran 5 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday.  I ran only once during this week.  Otherwise I did a Stations of the Cross workout one day and didn't do anything on Monday and Thursday.

This run was decent.  I still don't have a gps watch, so I had to just go by time and mostly known distances.  I would estimate my pace at about 9:15, and it might have been a little over 9.
