Just an easy 5 miles.  This week will be sorta light because I am starting training in earnest and my training program has me running long on Sundays (and I didn't run yesterday).  It's good that this week will be lighter with running because I am definitely stressed about school and classes.  This weekend is my last Friday/Saturday class for a month and a half.  Thank God.

So I've been away from other people's blogs.  I will be catching up later this week!

Good luck with your busy schedule this week. It will be nice for you to have a break from your class. What training program are you starting?

What are you training for?

A Friday/Saturday class sounds brutal.

a month off will do you good. I wish I could run long on Sundays. It is soo nice and peaceful.

I am training for the Illinois 1/2 marathon on May 1 and I am using this runner's world plan: http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-238-244--6851-4-2X5X8-4,00.html

I am modifying it slightly, but taking the same basic structure and the same key workouts. We'll see how it goes.

And yes, Friday/Saturday class is brutal, especially since I've had 5 of them since Jan. 9. I will be breathing a sigh of relief on Saturday at about 4.
