Got back from Chicago late last night and gym was closed by the time I got there.  Oh well.

For some reason when I got to the gym, every single piece of cardio equipment was taken.  So I did my workout backwards--lifted legs, abs and lower back, then ran.  My legs felt dead, maybe because I lifted first, but maybe not.

I prefer to do strength before cardio when I do both, but I don't have a good reason for it.

Isn't that funny? I HATE lifting first, unless I'm lifting in the AM and running in the PM (which I do 2-3 times a week).

My legs probably just felt dead because I had my first day of work in 6 days and I was tired! It likely had nothing to do with the lifting, since I didn't go extra hard or anything.
