Keep encouraging my family in their development of a healthy lifestyle

I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

An easy 5 treadmill miles. My run was boring, so instead I confess that I replied all to an email from our chaplain when I really only meant to send it to him. The email went out to the whole staff. A little embarrassing because the email was personal in nature, but it could have been worse.
