I did 2 warmup miles at 9:13 pace and then 2 miles at 8:30 pace (I think).  Then I cooled down at 9:13 pace.

My ipod ran out of charge so I was bored watching a t.v. with no sound.  No closed captioning either.  Blech.

The good thing about the gym I joined is that they offer free classes.  I'm looking forward to doing some core classes.  We'll see if I can work that in.

Does your treadmill display pace? The treadmill I use displays mph. It will say the pace briefly when you change the pace, but the constant display is mph. I wish it was pace.

Free classes sound great. Let us know what classes you take.

The one I use displays both constantly. I like that.
