Personal:

I've been running since I was 11, but mostly just for pleasure.  I don't have much of a competitive drive, but it has been slowly developing in my two years on FRB.  It's too bad I'm not faster :)

I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and have two young boys.

This is my first run in more than a week.  I was fighting walking pneumonia and/or bronchitis.  Now I'm feeling better, though I still have this stupid cough.  I hope whatever I had is gone.

My pace was exceptionally slow, never even breaking 11 minutes per mile.  Just testing the waters.
