Plyometrics.  

It was nice this morning.  I worked out in the morning, but still got to sleep in.  Summer hours started today. Didn't have to be at school until 9 :) 

Now that school is (finally) over, I'd like to add some running back into the routine.  Probably not until Thursday, though.   Won't run every day, too, but thinking that strength training days would be good days to run.  I'll have to play around with it, though, because I'll be doing p90x in the morning and running in the evening.

Yoga in the morning Then I finally got out and ran. Eli came with on his bike and we stopped at the park. The run felt slow just because Eli is a little slower on the bike. But it felt fine. I am ready to start putting in some more miles.
